green ticketCOURT PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted at the Clerks Office between the hours of 9-4pm Monday through Friday, by Mail and online at www.ferndaletix.com.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
The court accepts cash, check and money order payments.

Debit/Credit card payments are only accepted online through the nCourt payment processing system at www.ferndaletix.com.

TIME PAYMENTS
At the time of sentencing, you can pay your fine/penalty in full, or request time to pay. If you request time to pay, you will be required to pay your fine in full to the court within 30 days. If you are unable to pay your fine in full within 30 days, you can make time payment arrangements with Signal Credit Management Services. The court has a Signal Time Payment Application available at the Court Clerks Office, Finance Dept., during normal business hours or you can click here to download the .pdf form.
